Return Material Authorisations
Welcome to Bosch Security Systems on-line Return Material Authorisation system.
This RMA system provides tracking of each request from initial submission by the customer through to final resolution by our customer service team. This system is more reliable and convenient than either traditional email or telephone, and will help assure a proper resolution of each RMA.

Ease of use and practicality
The RMA system has a user-friendly interface with on-line FAQs and procedures to help guide you through the process. The system is accessible 24 x 7. There is no need to keep your own paperwork as the system keeps a record of every RMA you have raised. You can view any of these at any time using the "Search" function. When your RMA is submitted, the system will also send a copy to your nominated email account.
Priority service for RMA goods
Priority is given to goods returned with an RMA. Items received without an auhorised RMA are held in the "unidentified goods location" where they will sit until they have been assessed by our Warehouse. This process can take several days, which can unneccessarily add to the delay in actioning your goods. Conversely, items received with an RMA are fast-tracked (same-day) through our systems and onto our service departments for further action.
Legal responsibility
There is no dispute on goods received. Once your goods have been received (and acknowledged), we have a legal responsibility for tracking them through our business until their eventual safe return to your premises. Without an RMA, should your goods go missing, proof of ownership and responsibility can be a long and drawn-out-process.
Full visibility of returns
The RMA provides full visibility of your returns from the time of receipt till the time of shipment. The "Status" field seen in the bottom right-hand-corner of the RMA shows the whereabouts of your goods. As soon as we physically receive your items, the status will change from "Submitted" to "WIP". The status then changes to "Complete" when your goods are shipped back to you. Credit and/or invoice references are also provided for your convenience.
