BVMS Support Service

A new service, aimed at making BVMS installations less complicated, is now available for Systems Integrators installing a Bosch Video Management System.
Purchase a Bosch Video Management System (BVMS) as recommended by your Bosch sales representative, and you now have the option (which is highly recommended) to send your server, together with operating system back to Bosch for commissioning. Our Technical Support team will install the BVMS license & operating system and check the machine’s functionality for you. The commissioned server will then be returned to you, ready for plug in and configuration.

This new service is offered at no charge.

You can expect a 2 day turn-around time for commissioning of the BVMS by Bosch, with an added allowance of 1–2 days for delivery back to you.

To expedite the commissioning process, please download the excel file, complete and email back to Bosch Technical Support on technical.support@au.bosch.com with your order.
