To simplify the process of returning goods, Bosch Security Systems has added an online version of the Return Material Authorisations Form to our website.

This RMA system provides tracking of each request from initial submission by the customer through to final resolution by our customer service team. This system is more reliable and convenient than either traditional email or telephone, and will help assure a proper resolution of each RMA.

Customers using this new system will receive priority service on their returns for repairs & sales related credits.
