Transfer of Distribution from APAC Audio to Bosch Security Systems
Following on from the acquisition by Bosch in 2006 of Telex Communications Inc, which includes the brands DYNACORD, ELECTRO-VOICE, KLARK TEKNIK, MIDAS, RTS and TELEX, Mr Bruce Becker, Managing Director of Bosch Security Systems Pty Ltd and Mr Colin Formston, Managing Director of APAC Audio Pty Ltd are pleased to announce that agreement has been reached to transfer distribution of these brands, along with all staff and service facilities in the Australian and Pacific markets to Bosch Security Systems Pty Ltd under a new business unit, Bosch Communication Systems.
From Monday 25th June 2007, Bosch Communications Systems will commence trading at the former APAC Audio premises:
